Tasty Tuesday: Chocolate Chip Carrot Cake Bars



I love carrot cake, so I thought I'd add a twist by throwing in some chocolate chips and adding some vanilla icing. These came out so yummy! They were so easy and cheap to make, as are all the dessert I make.


Heres the recipe:
1 Box of Carrot Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Container of Vanilla Frosting

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread in a 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for about 14 minutes. The texture will be a brownie consistency (my favorite!). Cool, frost, and enjoy!
