one pan zucchini spaghetti







One Pan Zucchini Spaghetti

  • 1 cup of raw zucchini noodles (zoodles) - I bought mine from the grocery store already spiralized
  • 1 cup of raw spinach
  • 1 cup of spaghetti sauce - I used Ragu Chunky Mushroom and Green Pepper for extra added vegetables
  • 1 oz of ground turkey- about 1 turkey burger patty (if you want to make it from ground turkey patties)
  • 1 tbsp of chopped purple onion - Optional
  • 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese - Optional

1 Serving - 331 Calories (including mozzarella)

1. Cook ground turkey and onion in pan on medium/high heat. Add in seasoning of your liking while. I added about 2 tsp of Tony Creole Seasoning (my favorite!). Cook until there is no pink on the meat and the onions have a transparent appearance. I cooked my ground turkey and onions in a non-stick pan and did not need oil, but if you do not have a non-stick pan you can use a small amount of oil or water just be sure to drain the meat after.
2. Add in zoodles and reduce heat to medium/low. 
3. After zoodles have cooked for about a minute, add in spaghetti sauce and spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until zoodles become tender.
4. Serve noodles with optional mozzarella cheese while warm so cheese becomes melty, gooey, goodness. 
5. Enjoy!
