I love a good sweet and salty combo! This week when I was searching for a dessert for Tasty Tuesday I wanted something that combined my favorite duo (salty and sweet). Since I was already craving brownies I decided to add a salty sweet pretzel crust!
For the brownies I used this recipe I found on Pinterest (of course), and for the crust I used this recipe with some modifications. Instead of using regular sugar I used brown sugar and I added an extra tablespoon of cinnamon. I also found that the crust needed more butter to make the pretzel brown sugar mix adhere together.
For the vanilla drizzle, I melted Hersheys white chip vanilla morsels with two tablespoons of butter. Once the brownies cooled I drizzled it ontop.
Such an easy and yummy treat! Definitely satisfied my salty sweet craving!
