A Formal Railroad

Dress: c/o Sugarlips // Shoes: Forever 21 {similar, loving these} // Necklace: Borrowed from my mom // Bracelet: Fallas Paredes {identical} // Nails: Essie- Turquoise and Caicos

Happy Monday darlings! I had a long, but fun weekend full of family, friends, and laughter. I went to my hometown (I'm in college, so I live in a different city) for my best friends birthday party and a Girl Scout reunion party. It was great to reminisce at both of the parties, looking at childhood photos in our crazy outfits (I think the Girl Scout uniforms need a makeover ASAP) and talking about fun times we had. Some of my favorite Girl Scout memories were the cookies. Not selling them, eating them of course! Another favorite memory was all of the arts and crafts we did, I'm pretty crafty when I want to be. Definitely had a good weekend. But now it's back to reality, which means summer classes (contain your excitement).

I love my new dress from Sugarlips! It fits perfectly (I'm a medium) and it's super comfy for a semi-formal dress. Oh, another bonus is that the dress is lined so you don't have to worry about seeing what color under-roo's your wearing! My best friend and I were driving around to find beautiful flowers to take pictures of my new amazing dress, but we ended up loving the rustic railroad tracks against the formal dress. I love a good contrast!
