Skirt It

I love bodycon skirts. Sometimes they can look a tad scandalous, other times they can be fabulous. I think it depends on how the skirt it worn. Here are my few tips for styling a bodycon.

My first tip is to find the right size skirt for your body type. For myself, I have to get a larger size in bodycon's, because of my "junk in the trunk." Also, don't forget that bodycon's are mostly made out of cotton and will shrink in the wash (like mine, it was definitely longer when I bought it). The last tip is to pair the skirt with a less revealing top, like this peplum top. Pairing a tight skirt with a low-cut top looks like your ready to club the night away, and that's not the look I'm going for at work or classes. And there you have it for styling a bodycon skirt.

*I didn't realize that you can see the slight pink from my bra through my top until these pictures, which was after most of the day had gone by. Oh well, most of my campus and the grocery store knows I own a pink bra now.
